Commercial Videography and Photography
Commercial Videography – This service is priced per job and include marketing videos, testimonials, real estate property tours, documentary, sales presentations, personal branding, event coverage, and Vlog footage. Just about anything else needed can be provided.
Commercial Photography – We offer a variety of commercial work including Real Estate, Event, Corporate, Product and Menu, as well as general marketing imagery for websites, blogs, and social media. This category varies widely depending on your needs.
Business, Modeling or Personal Portraits
Professional Business, Modeling, or Personal Portraits – Sessions are $125 and include one fully edited digital image file. Additional digital files are $35 each. Portraits can be done in our Valparaiso studio or ‘on-location’ to showcase your business office or location. Add $50 for on-location shoots. Images are shared via a photo gallery and you may select your favorite digital files that are delivered via a downloadable gallery or through Dropbox. Groups are priced at $165 for the session and include one digital file. Put a face to the name! Email rickbella@bellaphotographs.com to schedule your appointment. Turn-around time is just one business day. Sessions are pre-paid.
Family Portraits
Family Portrait Session – $125 – includes posting of your images in a gallery to select your prints. You may also purchase digital images, create photo books, or wall art prints and canvas prints. The session includes 2-8×10 inch prints and 2-5×7 inch prints of your choice. Digital files also available for posting to social media or sharing with family and friends.
Maternity Photo Session
Maternity Session – $125 Includes posting of your images in a gallery to select your prints. You may also purchase digital files, and create photo books, wall art prints, and even canvas prints. The session includes one 8×10 inch print and three 5×7 inch prints. Sessions are usually done during your 8th month of pregnancy. Ask about our Bella Baby Program. We schedule in advance to make sure you capture your newborn images at, 6 months, and again at the one-year old celebration including with a smash cake birthday party!
High School Seniors
Our High School Senior photoshoots are more like a model photo portfolio shoot that make our seniors feel like Rock Stars! – Starting at $195 we encourage different clothing changes and props to show the many sides of high school seniors. Please see below the two packages offered so you can get great imagery. If you don’t see something that fits we can always customize one that does. No problem.
Real Estate
Real Estate Photography, Video and Drone Marketing – We offer experienced real estate photography, video and drone video/still capture for any size home, commercial property, apartment home complexes and industry. Below is a list of some of the most popular pricing options for real estate professionals. Images are edited/adjusted and ready to use in any marketing campaign. We even size the images properly for MLS galleries. If you are looking for a no-hassle marketing approach, just give us a try. Pricing includes all digital files delivered in a downloadable gallery.
Home sizes vary, and larger homes naturally require additional images to “tell their story”. Pricing is based on the asking price of the residential property. All images are well lit, fully adjusted for color and edited for best vertical appeal. Photos are provided via a downloadable gallery.
Homes up to a listing price of $109,000 include 20 to 30 images, fully edited and ready to use. Images are sized for MLS use/posting, email use, web, social media, etc. $129
Homes from $109,001 to $250,000 include 35 to 55 images with special attention to features and details. Sized for MLS use/posting, email use, web, social media, etc. $159
Homes from $250,001 to $400,000 includes 55 to 80 images with attention to details, special features, multiple angles, subdivision with a marketing flare. Sized for MLS, fully adjusted and ready to use. $189
Homes from $400,001 to $800,000 include 70 to 90 images, the subdivision, special features, marketing close-ups, and a slideshow video of selected images telling the story of the estate. $229
Homes with an asking price over $800,000 are quoted per job depending on the property size, features, location, and amount of additional buildings, pole barns, swimming pools, and similar feature needs. These images are all captured with exceptional marketing in mind as these properties require that level of expertise.
