This milestone underscores Sandoval’s unparalleled expertise and innovative modern dining approach.
Replacing the former Columbus Tap, Fairmont Chicago has masterfully reimagined the space into a chic, contemporary venue infused with Latin flair. The décor features a bold, modern color palette that sets the stage for a dynamic dining experience.
