I was surprised while volunteering my time taking photos for the TradeWinds annual awards luncheon that I myself was going to be one of the receients of an award. It was a real honor.

We recently returned from New York City, where we had the privilege of photographing Strategic Hotels & Resorts’ annual Awards Gala at the breathtaking Waldorf Astoria. Few venues can match the elegance and history of this iconic hotel, and it provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening orchastrated by event planning consultant Kaleidoscope Vue Consulting.

In today’s competitive real estate market, first impressions are made online—and often within seconds. While a quick cell phone snapshot might work in a pinch, it rarely does justice to a property’s true potential.
